Chrome Mobile Location Issues

Hi All, I'm having a really weird problem with my mobile browser with my new S7. Whenever I'm on WiFi my Google search engine works perfectly fine, however when im on LTE for some reason my Google search engine within chrome keeps taking me to Google.com.PR and all my searches come out in Spanish. I've tried to update the homepage and tried the search engine settings but it doesn't give me an option to change the page from Google.com.PR to Google.com. I've done a factory reset and it keeps do it! Please help.
