Hey, I am posting this here too because I need to make this quickly
some days ago I received a Z7 Max. I updated it to the latest Rom (Adnroid 5) but didn't like it, so using TWRP I tried to get it back to the 1.64 version (Android 4.4).
However, this bricked it. I can turn on the phone and it shows the "many pictures"-bootscreen (the android 4.4 one) and then it shows the "updating apps" screen but then it powers off at the first app.
I can get into stock recovery but not into TWRP and somehow it doesn't show the backup I made.
I also tried to do something based on the italian unbrick tutorial but i didn't really figure out what to do.
Can anybody pleeease help me or do I have to use my old phone again?
