1-go to chainfire web site and download sm-a700h root file should be like this:CF-Auto-Root-a73g-a73gxx-sma700h.zip
2-unzip it and copy it to odin folder(i suggest you to use latest version of it)
3-and samsung drivers should be installed(if not pc will not detect your phone)
4-boot up phone at download mode(volume down+power+home key )dont forgot to connect usb ;););)
5-you will see a warning just press volume up key to continue
6-now open odin you will see com(x)=phone and select pda then select the root file
7-make sure auto reboot and f . reset time is ticked only
8-now click start wait for it to finish
9-now your phone is booted and you have root+super su app installed:D

this is only for A700HXXU1BOG1 and A700HXXU1BOH7 so do not try this on other frimware you will have bootloop and it will not fixed because of system write protection you cant recover from this boot loop
