My friend unisntalled some process (and maybe files) in order to gain some reactivity on his (non rooted) S4 mini phone..
And as a result the phone now goes to bootloop...
I already tried to wipe chache in the stock recovery (the phone is not rooted and has no custom recovery) but this has no effect as expected since some files and processes were deleted/uninstalled..
But he has some important data (photos, message etc..) he wants to keep..
So I had an S2 phone back in the days and I was able to flash some ROM that touch only the system partition.
Is it possible to do the same here ?
Which ROM can I flash in order to reinstall system files without touching the user data ?
Do the latest stock France firmware available on sammobile (link is forbidden for new user but it is the ROM I9195XXUCNK1_I9195OXXCNK1_XEF) is suitable for my need ?
If not, do any stock ROM (available here or on sammobile) can do the job ?
