Lenovo k4 note not detecting vcom preload driver or flash tools

Sir I have lenovo k4 note marshmallow 6 I want to root it I had downloaded all file or all kept on PC

Mtp USB device not working
Vcom preload driver not working
I connect switch off phone to PC but not detected I got problem with flash tool
