Possible buyer

I have some questions before I buy this phone.....

- Recording during night I noticed that the framerate drops ...

(I dont really understand it)

- How is the loud audio recording? Comparable to the 950 XL ? (4 HAAC Mics) or distortion is present? (who cares about 96000Hz if it cant handle the loud bass)

To be Honest I really want to come back again (I was a proud m7-m8 owner) but the Microsoft 950XL recording feature is just amazing.... Please help me out here..
