hello , i bought a Samsung A7 2016 phone , a few days ago
Android Version : 5.1.1
Kernel : 3.10.61-729117
now i realize that the Recent app softkey in the left of Home key in phone is not working , when i touch it even it`s not light up .
but when i touch back button , both ( back and recent softkey) light up so it seems at least the light under it is right .
when i google it i see lot of users have some similar problem's with not working key or work wrong after updated .but i update it yet and also when i check for update manually it said that there is no newer update for now

another strong things is on all my before devices the "back" key is on the Left of the Phone , but here is in the Right !
what should i do ?? is that some Rom problem and i must just wait for an update to fix it ? or it`s serious Hardware Problem and i must go to Samsung Guaranteed in my city and Try to Fix it or Get the new Device from them ??
