I have been unable to maintain a stable connection via usb from my phone to my laptop, although charging via usb works just fine and does not flicker on/off. I have tried using other computers with the same cable and those computers have no problem detecting my phone. Here are things that I have tried to resolve this issue on my laptop:
>Disabling USB selective suspend under power options.
>Reinstalling drivers
>Installing Samsung Kies 3
>Enabled USB Debugging on my Note 4
>Using a different cable
>Using a different port (so far, all ports except one cannot recognize the phone at all. The one that does recognize the phone has the rapid connect/disconnect issue)
>Setting USB connection type to MTP
I should mention that I have CM13 rom on my phone, but that shouldn't be an issue because other PC's have no problem detecting the phone. Any ideas?
