HTC 10 MicroSD card problem

Hi,
i ordered this MicroSD card
i cant post links (i am new)

and when i tried to use it as an Intternal Storage it saying "SD card too slow" its working as Removable storage and i can see it in Explorer but the HTC 10 can set it as Internal and cant format it ..
some one know what wrong ?
