I used to have 5.1.1 on my note 4 but decided last week to flash the Polish firmware (I live in Belgium) from sammobile on my SM-N910C.
everything went well during flashing.
I lost root but that is normal I guess. Wifi tethering was working on 5.1.1
I noticed that since I installed 6.0.1, wifi tethering (hotspot) does not working anymore as it should be.
When I switch on the mobile hotspot, other devices still "see" my note 4 in the network list and they can even connect to my note 4 but no data comes though/no internet access.
I tried with another mobile phone to connect and even with a windows laptop. They connect but no internet access.
My mobile provider is not blocking tethering (coz it was working on 5.1.1)
Any ideas out there ?
