[Q] Porting ZTE Atrium Z793C

Hi!
I have been looking at this question for quite a bit but I never decided to post it. I did not. I own a ZTE Atrium Z793C (not rooted)
Question 1:
Can I port a ROM and a recovery without root. And flash?

Question 2:
Who would use my ports?
