The issue im having is with the screen. After the June security update the screen will only come on but it won't detect touches. The recent and back buttons work. Power button and volume buttons work.
If i try to boot into download from recovery it just boots the device. I will upload some videos to YouTube and provide links shortly.

First video is lobg winded and sporadic but shows my issue. Ill edit in the other 4 (shorter) videos soon.
