Usb device not recognized

Hello guys, has anyone of you had a problem when you connect p8lite to pc. Only charging icon shows up and windows gives error:
Usb device not recognized
One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned.

I tested on my second computer and same problem.

Tested:
Usb debugging on/off
Different usb cable
Different computer
