Recorded screen videos can't save

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and I used to record my screen. but now, anytime I record a screen it doesn't save... I've tried 3 screen recording apps and the same problem.. One says "Unable to open '/storage/emulated/0/movies/res/filename.mp4':no such file or directory

What should I do?
