[Root/S-OFF] Desire 530 Guide to Root

Steps:
0) Download these files
SuperSu 2.74 - http://ift.tt/1TI2kbM
TWRP - http://ift.tt/298P8Zh (Experimental build)
SunShine - http://ift.tt/1ueSphX (Optional)

1) Visit htcdev.com and unlock your bootloader
2) boot into download mode (adb reboot download)
3) flash trwp (fastboot flash recovery <twrpfilenamegoeshere>
4) boot into twrp (adb reboot recovery)
5) Go to advanced, then enable sideload
6) flash supersu (adb sideload <supersufilenamegoeshere>

Optional:
Install SunShine-latest, and run it to s-off your bootloader.
