Access to Samsung S3 (GT-19300) with broken Screen through OTG

Hey guys,

the screen of my sister's phone is broken and there is no touch functionality any more.
Let me sum up some facts:

- i can make screenshots and access to the phones memory to see those screenshots
- OTG does not work... OTG-Y is also not working and i don't know why
- unfortunately USB debugging is NOT enabled (which is my goal actually...)
- The phone is not locked with a passcode.
- I can access the Settings menu with a S-Voice command (i can see it because of the screenshots i can make)

Edit:
I don't know how, but on one step i saw the "enable USB debugging" screen with the RSA key of the computer shown.
Unfortunately i wasn't able to click "OK" :(
Is that helpful maybe?

My plan was to connect a mouse or keyboard and navigate through the phone.
For example: Move mouse, Screenshot, move mouse, Screen, mouse click, Screen etc. pp.
After enabling USB debugging i could use Vysor for example.

But several mice and keyboards did not work...

Can you help me please?

PS: I actually need access to the device. Only saving the pictures etc is not enough unfortunately.
