Can't boot into TWRP recovery on kenzo

I've just reflashed the latest official developer global ROM and then i've installed TWRP via fastboot. But when I try to boot it, both via ADB and turning on the phone via vol up + on, it doesn't boot. It just shows an image of the phone with a cable below and in ADB it shows the device is on sideload mode. I've tried with various TWRP versions (cofface, the original, etc) but it's still not booting. Bootloader is unlocked officially.

Help, i cant root it and i'm really freaked out :/
