Error Formatting External SD card as Internal on Marshmallow

Is anyone else having an issue Formatting their External Sd Card as Internal memory on Marshmallow? I have tried every Marshmallow Rom for this phone and everytime I try to do this it stops at 20% and I get a java error and my card vanishes until I reset my phone and then the card is corrupted.
