I think T-mobile lost my order

So I pre-ordered the N7 black onyx on August 4th. On the 14th I get an email saying my order has been processed and another email saying it's been shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number still shows that it hasn't been picked up, just the label created. I've called T-mobile 3 times, the first 2 people said that it would ship out soon. The 3rd, most recent person I spoke with said that a specialist would look into it and they would contact me. It's been 3 days and nobody has contacted me. Not sure what to do other than cancel the order, but I will lose out on the pre-order bonus. I just want my new phone :(
