Dear all,
My wife drop and brock her S6 EDGE+ screen and we proceed with the LCD replacement recently!
the phone works well until I proceed with the factory reset.
The LCD counting working but not the touch screen, I connect an usb mouse via OTG cable and connect after that a Bluetooth mouse to continue manipulating the phone.
I update it with the last ROM from my carrier but the problem remain the same
I checked with a specialist if all connector are well fixed and we see no problem there.
Seen that I'm from Africa and the replacement was done in Europe maybe the placement was done by LCD for SM-G928F instead of G928C, if this is the case it's can be the root of the problem?
Do you see any other source of the problem?
