VR Remote Cannot Detect!

Hi, I just bought vr remote bluetooth.
but my phone does not detecting it, so i install another application on google play like bluetooth auto connect
and its connected successfully, but why my bluetooth settings cannot detect it? I try to reboot and refresh but it's not work.
